Anthony and Carmella Greco, along with their two sons, Robert and Anthony Jr., founded ACRA Electric, Inc. in 1975. Originally from Long Island, New York, the Greco family relocated to Cape Coral, Florida in 1973 with a vision to bring expert electrical services to the growing Southwest Florida region. What began as a small, family-operated business—working out of their home and wiring residential properties throughout Cape Coral and Lee County—quickly evolved into one of the area’s most trusted electrical contractors. By 1976, ACRA Electric had established a permanent office in downtown Cape Coral, where it continues to operate today.
Following 20 years of steady growth and service excellence, Anthony Sr. and Carmella retired, passing the torch to Robert and Anthony Jr., who led the company with strength and dedication through ACRA’s 50th year in operation. As they raised their respective families, they included their children in ACRA’s operations, allowing Michael (Anthony Jr.’s son) and Raeann (Robert’s daughter) to learn all aspects of the business.
Michael and Raeann began leading ACRA in 2025, working closely still with Robert and Anthony Jr. The ACRA legacy will continue in its focus on integrity and dedication to quality under them.
Michael (Mike) Greco serves as a Director of ACRA Electric, Inc. and has been working in the company for over 20 years. He followed in his family’s footsteps and holds a state certified Master Electrical Contractor’s license. He has a 2 year term on the Cape Coral Construction Industry Association Board of Directors, a 2022 graduate of the Cape Coral Leadership Program, served on the Cape Coral Construction Board, and actively maintains relationships among residents and local contractors in Southwest Florida.
Rae Greco Montellano serves as a Director of ACRA Electric, Inc. She has an undergraduate degree from the University of Florida in Business Administration as well as a Master’s in Business Administration from Florida Gulf Coast University. She has achieved LEED accreditation through the U.S. Green Building Council and is also a Florida Notary. Rae handles account receivables, project billing, and commercial project administration.
Anthony (Tony) Greco founded ACRA Electric, Inc. in 1975 along with wife, Carmella, and sons, Robert and Anthony Jr. As a licensed electrical contractor in Long Island, New York, Tony and his family moved to Cape Coral in 1973. Tony served as president of the Cape Coral Construction Industry Association in 1983 and was subsequently inducted into the CCCIA Hall of Fame. After retiring in 1996, Tony joined the Cape Coral RC Hawks Model Airplane club and remains an active member. He now spends his time building large scale model airplanes.
Robert Greco co-founded ACRA Electric, Inc. and holds a state certified Master Electrical contractor’s license and is LEED accredited. In addition to overall management of the company, Robert does commercial estimating and electrical design with a focus on economizing design without sacrificing quality. Robert served as the president of CCCIA in 1989 and is a past board member of the Cape Coral Code Enforcement Board. He also previously served as a member and chairman of the Cape Coral Community Redevelopment Agency. Robert is a current member and past president of the Cape Coral Goldcoast Rotary Club.
Anthony Greco, Jr. serves as Vice President of ACRA Electric, Inc. He also holds a state certified Master Electrical contractors license. He works as purchasing agent, project manager, and overall go-to problem solver. Anthony has served on the City of Cape Coral Contractors Licensing Board and was president of CCCIA in 2012 and 2013.

From new construction wiring and panel upgrades to dock power installations and troubleshooting, ACRA’s team of licensed professionals delivers reliable, code-compliant results for every project.
